It has great tips that actually work magic. The recipes are easy to make and take less than 30 minutes. The ingredients used are also easy to find. Not only I tried each recipe in the book but enjoyed them till the last bite. I would really recommend this book for the ones who are a foodie but a health freak too.

As a busy Mom, I found this book very helpful. The book gives you week by week plan and cooking ideas as well as great snacks.
